How to Become a Registered Patent Agent

To become a registered patent agent you must qualify by examination. The annual examination is held in April. Those interested in the examination must apply by the deadline set out in a notice published in the Canadian Patent Office Record. The application and prescribed examination fee should be addressed to the:
